  Uncourteous customer service. Very slow location no matter what time or day it is. Was shorted money once and no resolution to the issue, not even a phone call to let me know they couldn't find an issue when balancing. Was charged a 32 dollar fee for a negative balance and after being a customer for six months they will not even do a one time courtesy refund after bringing the balance to a positive immediately following the negative ACH withdrawal. Managers dont seem to care about the members waiting in line for a half hour during peak hours, they seem to have their noses stuck in the air, walking around like they are more privileged than anyone, not even smiling or apologizing for the inconvenience of the long wait period. Overall, just poor management in my opinion at this specific location.

  I called the corporate office in goshen when I discovered an issue with my account. I spoke with "Sam", a teller. She's very very unprofessional, and Rude !!! I was informed that I can only have 6 transactions a month, direct deposits and transfers. I was NEVER TOLD THIS when I opened the account !! She refuses to reverse the 3 NSF I am getting charged for, which makes entirely mo sense to me when there's money in ky savings that could have been out into my checking to cover the debit card purchases. .. I have to eat $96.00 IN FEES... I AM CLOSING OUT my accounts, and goin elsewhere. Sam should really take some classes on politeness and customer service !!!! Very very disappointed in this bank. Never had a issue with Interra credit union, till now. I mean seriously, who has money that they can throw away ?she could have reversed those 3 fees, if nothing else, just because I was never to about a limit !!
