    SCAMMERS!!!!!! TAKE YOUR TAXES ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!!!!

    Amended some taxes in JANUARY, said that they would call me back if they needed more information and bundled some of my amended taxes to help with the price. Called me back 2 days before tax season is done, said that she thought she called me a couple times and left messages (definitely did not because I never delete voicemails and I never got the phone calls) and tried to unbundle my taxes also. Gave her the info, she said to come in the next day, because she will do them that night, to pick them up at the front desk. Came in next day in the afternoon and none of it was ready. Had to sit around for an hour. HR Block isn't horrible but this branch is absolutely horrible.
