- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Speaking on my family's behalf from my 12 year son's account. Because this review was prompted because they lost an Amazon package that he paid for. As always it's the same lies and excuses. It all boils down to incompetent lazy individuals that don't even possess common sense let alone the ability to understand how to match up an address and a piece of mail that matches the address.By Tdaad Adapt, March 18, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We are in Florida for 6 months during the winter so we have premium forwarding from Elkhart to Ocala. For some reason this post office cannot comprehend how this is suppose to work and continues to deliver mail to our Indiana address. After speaking to two supervisors about this problem they still continue to deliver mail to the Indiana address. As many of you are aware this has become dangerous because people are stealing mail from boxes and stealing identities, etc. We are at a lose as to how to resolve this issue. I am writing this review as a last ditch effort to resolve this problem. The post office doesn't have a problem charging my credit card $18.75 a week for a service they are not providing.By William Reglein, October 20, 2016
