  If I could give negative stars I would. This is by far the worst debt collector to deal with. Rae is such a nasty, rude person. I've had a car loan with this company since 2013 and I fell on hard times this year and my car was recently repossessed. I was able to pay my past due balance up within a few days to reinstate my loan only to go through another loan process, without knowing when I will get my car back now. I was charged over $800 in repo fees. I feel like I will never get my car paid off. I get that this is for high risk borrowers, but no one should be chastised like a child and spoke to like an idiot. I'm grateful Heritage gave me a chance and a decent car, but the customer service is beyond poor and unethical. I feel as though no employee there knows what's the protocol is because they all follow a different practice. I just want my car back, hopefully with no damages and to get this loan over with ASAP. In order to cover myself I decided to seek legal advice in case they try to not give me the car back after I paid and made an agreement. All of this is really sickening. I wish Janet was still there, she was very helpful and assertive. STAY AWAY!!

  Hires employees and management who cannot spell much less manage a community. Its an outrage! Delapidated roads not to mention abandoned home's with furniture strung across yards. No trash pick up. Yard waste left at curbside for months. No water for days. Management on vacation with residents rent money. Living the life. Paradise annual income 1.2 million? Cant even fix potholes in the road? Pathetic!
